1. Our role

Sistem Kami is a platform that connects customers with vendors. We are not the provider of the booked service. The service itself is provided by the vendor, and the service contract is between you and that vendor.

2. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only once the vendor confirms it under their payment terms.
• Information you provide must be accurate, including a reachable WhatsApp number.
• Displayed slots are based on the vendor’s current information and may change.

3. Prices, deposits and payment

• Prices, add-ons and special-date surcharges are shown before you confirm a booking.
• Some vendors allow a deposit; the balance is settled under the vendor’s terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, payment handling and receipts are the vendor’s responsibility.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set by each vendor. Please check the vendor’s terms or contact them directly before booking.

5. Vendor responsibilities

• Keep package, price and slot information accurate and up to date.
• Provide the service as advertised on their page.
• Comply with the laws applicable to their business.

6. Prohibited use

• Making fake bookings or disrupting other vendors.
• Using the platform for fraud, spam or unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorisation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sistem Kami is not liable for losses arising from services provided by vendors, including cancellations, delays or service quality.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be shown on this page.
