This policy explains what we collect when you use Sistem Kami, why we collect it, and your rights over that information. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
- Booking information: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (if given), package, and the date and time you select.
- Vendor account information: business name, username, state, phone, email (if given) and password (stored hashed).
- Vendor sign-up record: the IP address, device type, browser and language used when the account was created. Recorded once, for account security and abuse prevention, and visible only to our administrators.
- Automatically collected usage information: pages visited, links and buttons clicked, time spent on a page, referral source (where you arrived from), IP address, device type and browser.
2. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- Essential cookies — required for basic functions such as your login session and language preference. The site will not work properly without them.
- Analytics/performance cookies — record activity such as clicks, visit duration, pages viewed and referral source, in aggregate form.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If essential cookies are blocked, some features may not work.
3. How we use it
- To process and confirm your booking with the vendor
- To contact you about your booking (for example via WhatsApp)
- To improve the design, speed and content of the site
- To produce usage statistics and reports for vendors
- To prevent abuse, fraud and fake bookings
4. Sharing your information
- With the vendor you book — they receive your booking details in order to provide the service.
- With technical service providers (for example hosting, payments, messaging) only as far as necessary.
- Where required by law or a lawful authority.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by us. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data, but no online system is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it if inaccurate, and withdraw consent for certain uses. Contact us to make a request.
